QUARTERS, HALVES, AND WHOLE BEEF:

A quarter of beef will have 90 pounds of meat and will cost $675.
A half of beef will have 180 pounds of meat and will cost $1,260.
A whole beef will have 360 pounds of meat and will cost $2,400.

No two animals are exactly the same, but we compensate for this variability by adjusting the amount of beef to give the above exact weights for your purchases. There is a clear advantage to "cowpooling" with friends or family, since the price per pound goes down with a larger purchase.

FAMILY PACK:

A Family Pack will have 10 pounds of steaks/roasts and 10 pounds of lean ground beef for a total weight of 20 pounds. A Family Pack will cost $160.

The steak portion of the Family Pack will consist of a combination of ribeye steaks, New York strip steaks, Filet Migon steaks, Sirloin steak, and Round steaks (or roast).  Ground beef will be either 2 pound packages
or 1.3 pound patty packs (with four 1/3 pound patties in each pack).

GROUND BEEF:

Lean ground beef will cost $4.50 per pound. Extra ground beef is always a great idea for a large cookout with family or friends! Please call and inquire; ground beef is not always available.
