BEEF IS NOT ALL STEAK!
The meat will be approximately 30% steak, 20% premium quality roasts, and 50% lean ground beef. Steaks will be cut 1 inch thick and will be vacuum packaged with two steaks in each package (except for round steaks.) Roasts will be approximately 2.5 – 3 pounds. Hamburger will be packed in two pound, round packages. Alternately, hamburger can be vacuum packed in 1.3 pound packages, with four 1/3 pound patties in each pack. Steaks (ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, round and sirloin) and roasts will be vacuum-packed in clear packaging material with the weight stamped on the package. Vacuum packaging gives the longest storage life, which means you can store the meat in your freezer for a lengthy amount of time without worrying about freezer burn. We have a Retail Meat Sales Permit from the State of Tennessee, and our operation is inspected by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. The animals are processed in a USDA Inspected Facility, with a USDA inspector present. The meat is packaged under our own emerald green, USDA-approved private label. CLICK HERE TO VIEW IT |
